			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Je ni! Ok, je! Zmedeni? Upam, da ne. Naj pojasnim. Razlika v treningu med vrhunskim in povprečnim športnikom ne obstaja kar se tiče trening programa, ampak kar se tiče intenzivnosti treninga.</p>
<p>Ste se že spraševali zakaj so nekateri športniki opevani kot največji talenti pri 15. letih, a kasneje ni ne duha ne sluha o njih? Ste trenirali že kdaj po kakšnem programu, ki je za vašega kolega &#8220;deloval&#8221;, za vas pa ne?</p>
<p>Pogosto lahko slišimo športne &#8220;strokovnjake&#8221; govoriti, kako naši športniki kasneje fizično dozorijo kot njihovi vrstniki v ostalih državah (npr. Srbija) ter so zato manj uspešni. Čak&#8230; kaj?! Lahko kdo še večjo neumnost izusti? Res je, da imajo oni večji bazen, iz katerega lahko črpajo igralce ter je tako večja verjetnost, da bodo dobili res velikega talenta. Ampak talent je še zmeraj ostal le talent, če iz njega ni uspel ničesar izvleči. Še vedno je moral zelo intenzivno trenirati, da je lahko svoje tehnične sposobnosti uporabil npr. na igrišču na račun svojih fizičnih predispozicij. Torej, teza, da lahko nekdo fizično prej dozori kot drugi, je pa res iz trte zvita. A moram res pojasniti kako to gre? Človek dobi več mišic (če poenostavim zaradi lažjega razumevanja) na račun intenzivnosti treninga in kvalitetne ter količinsko (kalorično) zadosti obilne hrane in ne zaradi &#8220;talenta&#8221; fizičnega dozorevanja.</p>
<p>Če malenkost premislimo ter se vrnemo iz teorije v prakso. Gotovo poznate, kakega prijatelja (košarkaša), ki zadeva trojke kot za stavo. Marsikdo bi trdil, da je pri tem uspešnejši tudi od kakšnih evroligaških ali nba igralcev. Pa, je naredil iz tega kariero? Verjetno ne. Po drugi strani pa, ameriški košarkar James White (spodaj na posnetku) ima/je imel kar solidno košarkarsko kariero na račun svojih superiornih atletskih sposobnosti. To pa ne pomeni, da je tehnično katastrofalen. Poglejmo si video z njegovimi superiornimi atletskimi sposobnostmi.</p>

<p>V ekipnih športih (še posebej v nogometu je to aktualno) vedno pravijo, da ekipa potrebuje veliko delavcev in nekaj igralcev z navdihom. Kaj vam to pove? Tudi če tehnično nisi tako podkovan kot Messi, Jordan, &#8230; lahko uspeš kot zelo dober športnik!</p>

S penastim valjčkom ju lahko zelo učinkovito nadomestite. <p>Glede na to, da so penasti valjčki v trgovini kar zasoljeni kar se cene tiče, si ga z nekaj truda in spretnosti naredimo kar sami za bistveno manj denarja. Poglejmo si kratek in jedrnat video kako to storiti. Nekateri pa kot alternativo ali pa tudi dopolnilo uporabljajo teniško ali golf žogico ter leseno palico.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>O pomembnosti treninga olimpijskih dvigov za izboljšanje atletskih sposobnosti sem že pisal. Objavil sem <a href="http://fizikalije.wordpress.com/2011/09/30/zakaj-trenirati-oly-dvige-oziroma-kdo-jih-naj-trenira/">članek</a>, v katerem so opisane tri osebe, katerim so olimpijski dvigi zelo pomagali v njihovih disciplinah. Objavil sem tudi <a href="http://fizikalije.wordpress.com/2011/10/13/oly-dvigi-in-sprinti/">članek</a> z video posnetki, v katerih šprinterski trener predstavi pomembnost olimpijskih dvigov za njihov trening. In ne samo to, velika večina športnikov (predvsem v individualnih športih, pa tudi vse več v ekipnih športih) v svoje trening programe vključuje olimpijske dvige. Pa tudi na stara ali (zelo) mlada leta <a href="http://fizikalije.wordpress.com/2011/09/25/leta-niso-ovira/">se da</a>!</p>
<p>Kakorkoli že, preidimo k bistvu. Zahvaljujem se Sanelu, ker me je spomnil na ta posnetek. Vidite lahko, da tudi trenutno najhitrejši zemljan oziroma Usain Bolt vključuje v svoj trening program olimpijske dvige. Kot sem napisal v članku o Primožu Kozmusu, onadva ne posvečata toliko pozornosti tehniki, zato se ne rabite spotikati ob to. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>V nedeljo, 27.11.2011, je potekala 2. slovenska pokalna tekma v dviganju uteži med ekipami KDU Olimpija in TAK Domžale.</p>
<p>Zmagala je 1. ekipa TAK Domžale, 2. pa je bila 1. ekipa KDU Olimpija. Za 1. ekipo TAK Domžale so tekmovali Orešek J., Orešek T. in Peterca B., za 1. ekipo KDU Olimpija pa Šuen Ž., Rozina R. in Butala D.. Za 2. ekipo KDU Olimpija so tekmovali Orešek A., Fajfar A. in Grabar M., za 2. ekipo TAK Domžale pa Pavlič P., Rajh T. in Beguš M..</p>
<p>Pri tem moram izpostaviti <strong>nove državne rekorde</strong>: Rozina R. nov mladinski državni rekord nad 105kg v potegu (101kg), sunku (115kg) in biatlonu (216kg) ter Pavlič P. nov mladinski in državni rekord do 63kg v sunku (73kg).</p>

Vsi oziroma večina jih pridno trenira in se pripravlja na začetek skrajšane sezone (v najslabšem primeru na naslednjo sezono, če bo letošnja odpovedana). Sicer bi kdo lahko na hitro pomislil na <a href="http://fizikalije.wordpress.com/2011/11/04/pretreniranost-slaba-regeneracija/">pretreniranost</a>, ampak predpostavimo, da to ni vzrok. Predpostavimo, da je vzrok stres, povzročen s šolo, službo ali pa čim drugim drugim.</p>
<p>V takem stanju je tudi zelo težko trenirati olimpijske dvige, saj mora biti mentalna pripravljenost za maksimalne dvige 100%. Seveda je tako lažje ostati doma in vegetirati na internetu ali pred televizorjem (ker ste itak tako izmozgani, da niste sposobni narediti ničesar drugega). Ampak ali ne bi bilo bolje iti na trening, narediti par dvigov za tehniko, nekaj osnovnih vaj (počep, mrtvi dvig,&#8230;) za moč ter tako vsaj nekaj koristnega narediti tako za izboljšanje svojih športnih kot mentalnih sposobnosti?</p>

<p>Veliko člankov je bilo že napisano na to temo v povezavi z izboljšanimi fizičnimi sposobnostmi pri olimpijskem dviganju uteži. Ne prav veliko (oziroma noben?) pa na temo v povezavi z mentalnimi sposobnostmi. Mogoče zato, ker je spremembo psihičnh sposobnosti veliko težje meriti kot spremembo v fizičnih sposobnostih. Podobno razmišlja tudi <a href="http://c4fizeek.com/2011/09/21/benefit-of-olympic-lifting-mental-toughness/">c4fizeek</a> v svojem blogu.</p>

<p>Saj je pravzaprav logično, kajne? Kako boš skočil pod 100+kg štango pri potegu, če ne boš dovolj samozavesten ter psihično močan? Težko. Pri začetnikih se rado zalomi že pri recimo 60kg (ali tudi manj), čeprav so fizično sposobni dvigniti bistveno več. S pogostim in kakovostnim treningom se ta psihična bariera vedno bolj zvišuje ter posledično tudi dvignjena bremena postajajo večja. To garantiram, saj pišem iz lastnih izkušenj. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Seveda je pa predpogoj za to trening, trening in trening. Brez tega boste le stagnirali ali nazadovali.</p>
<p>Pa naj vam podam še mnenje c4fizeek-a:</p>

<p>Poglejmo si video s predstavitvijo priprave &#8220;sludge&#8221;-a. Zelo dobra stvar, priporočam. Jaz ga jem vsakodnevno že kar nekaj časa, pa se še nisem naveličal. Pripravim si ga pa zjutraj v plastični posodici, preden grem v službo in ga nato enkrat v službi pojem.</p>

<li>arašidovo maslo, priporočam <a href="http://www.naturallymore.com/">tega</a></li>
<li>po želji npr. gozdni sadeži</li>
</ul>
<p>S količino lahko seveda malenkost eksperimentirate (moje razmerje je nekje 2:3, sirotka:arašidovo maslo) in je čisto odvisna od dnevnih kaloričnih potreb.</p>
